To unsubscribe from the Vancouver-Tasar group - you must unsubscribe yourself!

Either: 
1.  Go to the Yahoo! Groups website and sign in (using your Yahoo! ID + your password)

2. You should see Vancouver-Tasar under the heading "Groups".  If not, click "My Groups". 

3.  Click on the Vancouver-Tasar group 

4.  Select "Unsubscribe," from the list under "Membership" on the right. 

5.  Click Update to save your changes. The group will no longer be listed on My Groups, and you will no longer receive messages. 

Or:
To unsubscribe via email, send a blank email message to Vancouver-Tasar-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com from the email address you used to register with egroups. (Just click on this link!)

Alternatively:
You may wish to remain a member but reduce or eliminate group email by changing your subscription option to No Mail/Web only or Daily Digest.  You can do this by clicking on "delivery options", on the right under the heading "Membership"
