The Vancouver Island Tasar Fleet is pleased to announce that the 2001 Tasar North Americans will be held at the Victoria Waterfront Sailing site June 16-17, 2001. This location is considered to be a premier location for One Design racing and June is the best time to sail there. But the fun doesn’t end on the water, back at the beautiful Royal Victoria Yacht Club we have planned a great dinner and draw for some awesome prizes such as a new jib, two BC Ferry passes, a Spootride Launching Dolly, lots of sailing gear and much more. All types of accommodations are available so let us know what you require and we’ll set it up for you. We appreciate the extra effort needed to get to Victoria for a regatta and we’re doing everything we can to make sure everyone has a great time.
Please note that we are launching from Fleming Bay in Esquimalt, NOT from Royal Victoria Yacht Club
